  • Leading and managing financial audits across a diverse client portfolio
  • Supervising and mentoring audit teams
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Providing expert advice and insights to clients


  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Proven experience in audit management in a UK practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
