This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual to join a prestigious team within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding the firm’s corporate tax services, ensuring high-quality client delivery and compliance with UK tax legislation.

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert advice and tax solutions. Your role will be integral in developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the strategic growth of the tax department. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the corporate tax compliance and advisory services for a portfolio of clients.
  • Oversee and mentor junior staff, ensuring high standards of work and professional development.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering bespoke tax advice and solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the strategic development of the tax department.
  • Ensure compliance with all UK tax legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated services to clients.


  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in corporate tax within a UK accountancy practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team development and client service.
