My client is a local company, with an enviable international manufacturing and distribution client portfolio. Due to retirement, they have a rare opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance team.
Your new role
Working in a team of 4 other friendly finance colleagues, your key duties will be:
- Processing invoices against GRNs and POs
- Chasing GRN and authorisation of invoices
- Reconciling statements
- Dealing with payment enquiries
- Reconciling accounts
- Coding, allocating and reconciling sales invoices.
- Updating journals
- Adhoc admin duties
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience in a similar role. Exposure to basic Excel, and working knowledge of the purchase order process.
