Your new company
I am working with a leading international law firm who are looking for a finance manager to join the London team in a role covering the EMEA region. This is a firm with a broad range of practice areas and a truly global footprint. The firm has a big focus on developing its staff and providing progression for individuals\' careers.

Your new role
This is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including day to day oversight of a team of 6 across key areas such as:

  • Billing and Accounts Payable
  • Financial Management
  • Financial Accounts
  • SRA rules and cashiering
  • Regulatory & Compliance - Tax, VAT, AML etc.
  • Stakeholder management

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with proven experience operating in a similar position within the legal sector. You will have good knowledge of accounting, tax, budgeting and forecasting with a willingness to be hands-on, but also see the bigger picture. You will need legal finance systems experience - Aderant would be preferred, but other systems like Elite 3E would also be considered.
