Your new company
You will be joining a well established organisation who are based close to Woking, Surrey in their UK headquarters. They are a listed group who have been in operation Globally for more than 30 years.
Your new role
Reporting into the Financial Controller, your role will focus on financial accounting and reporting for the central costs, with a particular focus on analysing and reporting on all payrolling costs including salaries/bonus/pension/benefits for the region. You will support the month-end close including reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and variances as well as partner across multiple Operations teams to gather data / insights as well as driving best practice and process improvement. This is a highly visible role with plenty of scope to develop in a complex environment.
What you\'ll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent), you should have proven experience working within a large, complex organisation. Strong understanding of payroll costs/accounting is essential for success. You should also be a brilliant relationship builder.
