Your new role
You will be responsible for conducting second line-led reviews of global corporate and high-risk Financial Institution relationships, assessing the client's future risk profile and, if applicable, the effectiveness of their Financial Crime Compliance program. You will also lead visits with the business at the client's offices or through conference calls when needed. Additionally, you will provide programme support by advising Financial Crime colleagues on Cash team's clients, policies and procedures. Furthermore, you will assist the Global Head of CAT in process optimisation and other ad hoc initiatives as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have significant FCC experience from reviewing large corporate and Fintech clients, including managing reviews where Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption and/or reputational risks may be present. You will also have experience of assessing FC control and governance frameworks within Fintechs. You will have a good understanding of how local and / or international regulatory requirements may affect client operations. You will demonstrate a high level of initiative, strong work ethic and analytical skills (including Excel), excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to complete deliverables on time. You will also be able to build constructive partnerships with peers, but also challenge them constructively when needed, including working with a global team.
