Your new company

Hays Senior Finance are exclusively partnering with a fantastic charity based in Tewkesbury, supporting them with the recruitment of a permanent Finance Director.

Your new role

As Finance Director you will be supporting the development of the overall finance strategy for the charity, whilst operating as a member of the senior leadership team. You will take responsibility for the preparation of annual accounts, budgets and forecasts for the organisation, and act as the primary contact for auditors and investment advisors. You will also oversee a small team of finance professionals, ensuring their continued development.

What you'll need to succeed

You should have operated in a number one finance position previously, and ideally have good working knowledge of SORPs accounting, this isn't essential but would certainly be of benefit.
