Your new company
Your new company is an international Law firm with offices in Central London and a further 10 offices globally. They offer a flexible, hybrid work policy that they are willing to tailor for the individual employee's needs. They champion individuality, while looking to build strong teams to deliver the highest standard of work for their clients. You will be based at their new London offices that are finished to a very high spec and provide a great working environment.

Your new role
As a new member of the Credit Control team, you will mainly be taxed with:

  • Managing the Credit Control function of specific Practice Groups (1 or 2) the Partners (up to 30) and their clients.
  • Taking sole responsibility for chasing debt, especially debt aged 90 days and over.
  • Dealing with queries in line with company policy (as many as 700 invoices at one time).
  • Assisting with allocations.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will have a solid amount of experience from the professional service world. You will also have a working knowledge of Aderant or Elite and be familiar with Solicitors Accounts Rules. You will work well under pressure and be adept at working to targets. Also, you will have excellent communication abilities, in person, over the phone and via email.
