Job Details

Your new company
A London based Law Firm that has experienced a strong period of growth and success over the last couple of years, and is now looking to expand their Finance team. This new, permanent position will be leading a tight-knit team of Revenue Controllers and reporting to the Financial Controller. The growing firm currently boasts nearly 70 partners and over 400 members of staff, operating on a flexible hybrid policy requiring only two days a week in the office, with the other three working from home.
Your new role
In your new position, you will be responsible for overseeing three main areas of Revenue Control; Credit Control, Billings, and WIP Management, for several of the firms' practice groups. You will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller. Your position will include regularly reviewing, streamlining, and implementing new processes and systems, and any experience in new system implementation would be desirable.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong candidate will have management experience within a law firm's Accounts Receivable function, and have experience as a Revenue Controller, strong people skills to build relationships both internally and externally, strong excel skills (V-Lookups/Pivot Tables) and demonstrate self-motivation, with a conscious effort to drive improvement. As mentioned before, new system implementation experience would also be desirable.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of up to £75,000 + benefits, with an extensive package under regular review to remain competitive (first review in June 2024). You'll be joining a tight-knit team with a very flexible hybrid policy requiring only two days a week in the office.
