Your new company
This private-equity backed business is an innovative international market leader, with a small, but high performing head office in the West Midlands. In recent years the group has grown both organically and through multiple acquisitions.

Your new role
Reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting you will support the group's internal and external financial reporting, consolidations and the group audit. This role, however, is very different from a "vanilla" financial accounting role. As a small head office, the breadth of your role and exposure to the international operations, post-acquisition activity, treasury and systems is rare and the successful candidate will have a brilliant opportunity to gain fantastic post-qualification experience very quickly.

What you'll need to succeed
It is likely you will be a qualified accountant, who has qualified with one of the Big 4 or top 10 audit firms. You will need to have strong IFRS and technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with group consolidations and multi-currency is beneficial. Our client is seeking someone who has a proactive and can do attitude and has a thirst for personal development and building their experience.
