We have a strong social purpose and make it our mission to enable people to live well in their home and community.

We do this by providing safe, good quality homes and services, making a difference in the communities we serve, providing more affordable homes, and supporting colleagues to enjoy work, learn and grow. For 50 years we have delivered against our purpose - growing and evolving whilst remaining true to our roots.

It can be difficult for people to access housing they can afford in their local area, so we offer a range of tenures to help people into a home that’s right for them including homes for affordable rent, social rent, market rent and shared ownership.

Some people need a little extra support to live well, so we provide homes with specialist support for people with dementia, mental health issues, learning and physical disabilities, and those who have been made homeless or experienced domestic violence. We also have dedicated independent living schemes for older people to support them to live independently in their community.
