Your new role
Hays has been engaged exclusively by a unique, diverse group with interests in multiple industries to recruit their newly created Financial Controller position.

This is a truly exciting opportunity to join a small team and make a big impact, working closely with the experienced Finance Director, supporting the executive team and overseeing the financial management of the business.

This is a hands-on position and will consist of many varied and interesting deliverables, and will have significant involvement in strategic decision-making and investment accounting.

What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking a fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) accountant with previous, recent experience in a finance leadership position with a track record of supporting executive stakeholders and overseeing financial management of a medium-sized business.

Previous experience in corporate finance and M&A, either in practice or industry, is highly desirable.

- Competitive base salary between £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.

Please note that due to the nature of the business, it is expected that the successful candidate is based in the business's offices 5 days per week. There may be the occasional requirement to travel to London for business.
