Your new company
Working for one of the UKs fastest growing renewable energy developers, with assets across Wind, Solar and specifically, Battery Storage. As a private business, the company has developed operations alongside significant growth and is now looking for a Head of Business Change, with long-term ambitions to assume a COO role.
Your new role
With the focus of the role being to drive process improvements across operations and culture, the position will evolve into a BAU COO role with the goal being to align company operations and processes to growth and best practice.
Duties involve, but are not limited to, the following:
- Investigate and analyse business operations and roadmap plan for improvement
- Engage senior leadership teams in regard to long term goals for change, taking ownership of culture management
- Heavy involvement in operation and process design, specifically regarding growth plan
- Reporting to C-Suite, with board level position to follow
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced professional, with significant change and operations experience. The ideal professional will have seen what good looks like in a variety of settings, perhaps most likely coming from a large consultancy background.
