Your new company
Based here in Bristol, and forming the head office for their global operations, the finance team here are split across commercial, transactional and financial accounting. This role sits in their centre of excellent and would be a great opportunity for someone to join a growing finance, transformation project team with direct influence into senior stakeholders.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role is key in the delivery of month end processes, reporting into group and preparing statutory financial statements for a geographical region within their portfolio. This role will include:

  • Preparation of manual journals for the month end financial close to agreed month end timetable and group playbook requirements.
  • Preparation of accounting processes such as intercompany, balance sheet reconciliations to agreed month end timetable and group playbook requirements.
  • Monitor the quality and timeliness of offshore transaction processing. This will include quality assurance reporting and feedback to senior management
  • Prepare monthly P&L and Balance Sheet commentary where appropriate, ensuring key drivers are understood.
