Your new role
You will be an Accounts Payable Assistant Manager reporting to the Finance Manager. Accounts payable responsibilities include managing corporate credit cards, processing invoices, expensing reimbursements, approving supplier invoices, preparing payment runs, and handling queries. This role is right for someone who is looking for a little bit more in their accounts payable role. The company is actively implementing automation processes and wants you to be a key figure. You will be encouraged to bring your ideas about improving processes to your superiors.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in an accounts payable role, partaking in all aspects from start to finish. It will be highly valued if you have experience in automation processing or implementing new processes in your previous roles. You will have ideally worked in a small-to-medium-size accounts payable team with experience and all aspects of the process. Strong Excel skills are necessary and proficiency with other Microsoft programs is values. Experience using Concur is essential for the role. If you have partaken in month-end, management accounting tasks, your experience will be valued.
