Your new company
Your new company is highly ambitious e-commerce business based in Stockport. With huge growth plans expected over the coming months they're looking to recruit a highly ambitious Financial Controller to lead their finance function.
Your new role
In your new role as Financial Controller you will be pivotal in the business's expansion plans. You will lead the finance function and contribute to the forward-thinking financial strategy for the business. You will produce the Financial and Management Accounts whilst also producing financial and analytical reports for the board. You will business partner with the management team, regularly sharing reports, analysis and insights to facilitate informed decision-making. You will have one direct report and lead on further recruitment over the next 12 months.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Finance Professional and be highly ambitious. You will have experience working within an entrepreneurial business who's experience rapid growth. You'll be experienced in both accounts preparation, business partnering and leadership. You will have strong financial reporting experience and be comfortable presenting at board level.
What you'll get in return
You'll receive a salary of £65,000 plus excellent benefits, including a hybrid working model. You will report directly to the CEO of the business and will progress the CFO/FD within 2 years. You'll join a business that will treble their turnover within the next 18 months.
