Your new role
Their Corby location needs a Finance Manager who is dependable and meticulous. This role involves working full-time on-site and handling all the financial aspects of the business. The finance manager will create financial reports, maintain financial records, and follow financial policies and procedures. The finance manager will also help the company make smart decisions by forecasting, budgeting, and analysing financial data.
What you'll need to succeed
The right person for the position will be CIMA/ACCA qualified or at the latter stages, with excellent skills in analysis and problem-solving, and be able to make sound financial decisions based on data and evidence. You will pay great attention to detail and accuracy in your work and have experience of managing/mentoring others and working collaboratively with other departments. Communication skills, both written and verbal, are key along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You need to have demonstrable experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and be able to present your findings and recommendations clearly and effectively. Familiarity with Xero would be advantageous.
