Finance Manager / Financial Controller

I am currently working with a growing manufacturer based in South Leicestershire on the hire of a Financial Controller to join the team.
Your New Role
Specialist manufacturers are seeking someone to oversee the team of five on a day-to-day basis whilst also supporting management decisions, overseeing the financial controls and getting involved in new projects. You will be responsible for day-to-day financial control, creating the budgets and forecasts for the business and management of the business costs.
Due to the company set up, you will be relatively autonomous in your role and this is an excellent opportunity for someone that wants to bring ideas to the table on improvements, whether to systems or the team.
Your Experience
This is a predominantly site-based role and will suit a CIMA or ACCA qualified accountant that is looking to develop their skills and step into a key decision-making role.
