Finance Manager

Your new company
Your new job will be for a well-established engineering company based close to Cobham, Surrey. They are part of listed group who provide services across the UK market and have recently gone through a period of positive growth.

Your new role
Reporting into the MD, you will be taking on a key finance role overseeing the running of the department on a day to day basis. You'll ensure that all financial transactions are recorded correctly through the ERP system alongside Management of a small team and at month end manage the reconciliations and delivery of both management accounts and performance / KPI reports. Working alongside the Ops team, you'll deliver value-added insights and ensure the business is trading inline with budget. This is a broad role with great opportunity to impact the performance of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent), you should have proven experience within Management Accounts and be confident developing relationships at all levels of the business. Whilst management experience is not essential, previous exposure to Leadership or mentoring would be advantageous.
