Finance Manager

Your new company
I am working with a fantastic company based in Stoke-on-Trent which is experiencing a significant period of growth. They are looking for a Finance Manager to manage a small team and report to the Finance Director.
Your new role
As a Finance Manager, you will be working closely with the Finance Director and support the day to day running of the finance function. You will be responsible for monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, cashflow forecasting, assisting with budgets, VAT and CIS returns and monthly payroll. You will act as the main liaison with internal and external auditors, and take on management of a transactional team. You will also act as a business partner to non-financial stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified accountant with leadership skills, an ability to form strong relationships and the ability to identify and improve processes. You will be capable of working autonomously, have great attention to detail and be proactive in your approach to work.
What you'll get in return
You will get a salary of £45,000- £55,000 DOE, alongside a bonus scheme, private healthcare, a pension scheme, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, hybrid working after probation period, 4pm finish Fridays.
