Your new company
A public sector organisation is involved in more than you'd expect. They're involved in innovative projects across the breadth of the country with objectives such as costs savings, sustainability and community response. Well established, they have a large finance team where they utilise finance business partnering with a strong team of business partners that partner in their operations and projects.
Your new role
As Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing commercial support, planning and analysis, financial modelling and strategy as well as general finance management including month-end and some support at year-end.
You will be working closely with stakeholders on their financial planning and strategy on key projects offering financial and commercial advice. This is a true business partnering role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) accountant or finalist with strong management accounts and modelling experience. Ideally, you will have strong business partnering experience, though those with some stakeholder experience that are keen to develop and expand on this will also be considered.
