Your new role
This is a commercial role at its core, where no 2 days are the same. This is a key role in maintaining the financial health and success of the business by supporting the implementation of financial strategies whilst minimising financial risks across the UK group. A number of key aspects will include:

• Looking at business opportunities and forecasts, assessing potential areas for development but also understanding and mitigating potential risks
• Understanding and working with commercial contracts and conducting financial investigating
• Looking at the business sustainability programmes and the impact on reporting and compliance.

This is a broad, varied role where you will partner with a number of different areas within the business to help support and move the business forward. It's a great opportunity for someone with a commercial mind, looking to progress and develop their career in a leading organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will be a qualified accountant with a strong technical background but with a number of years working in a commercially focused role in industry. The ideal candidate will have business partnering experience and can show a range of examples of supporting a business to move forward. This is a good opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, working for an experienced business leader.
