Your new company
A leading, global Real Estate company is hiring for a Senior Finance Manager to join their head office function in Central London.
Your new role
Your new role will be a varied and fast-paced position within the Financial Reporting team where you will focus on month end close and cost accounting. The role will involve management of balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, payroll, bad debt provisioning, pensions and more. You will be a key part of supporting the Head of Reporting in managing the wider financial reporting team in the UK and overseas. Your role will be heavily focused on the payroll reporting aspect, and you will ensure all deadlines are adhered to.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified Accountant with an ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification and ideally audit trained with a large firm. You will also have extensive experience of cost accounting, specifically Payroll reporting and accounting in a large, complex organisation and US SOX controls. The role will involve managing and leading a team so previous experience of this would be desirable. You will also be confident in utilising large ERP systems in a change environment. You will be available to start the role on short notice.
