Senior Management Accountant

The company has properties under management and also is constructing a large number of new developments.


Your new role
As Senior Management accountant it will be your job to oversee a small team who are producing the monthly management accounts. You will oversee and finalise the management accounts production to ensure accuracy and completion to deadlines.
Working closely with operational managers involved in the construction projects, you will help them to understand financial performance and to make better decisions.
You will analyse data and assist with operational decision making on key projects.
Reporting to an experienced Financial Controller you will develop your management accounting, analysis and business partnering skills.


What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified accountant with experience of management accounting.
Experience of the construction sector is highly desirable.
You should be experienced in analysing data, and have a good understanding of Excel.
