Your new company
A Real Estate investment and management business based in London are looking for a company accountant following further expansion. The company have grown investment, development and management arms and are now in a position to grow its accounting team.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the FC, this position will be responsible for a portfolio of properties and will involve monthly management accounting, year-end reporting and business partnering with Operations.
Duties:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Year-end accounting
- VAT & Corporation Tax
- Business Partnering with Operations
- Liaison with external bodies and providers
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced accountant or be qualified ACA / ACCA /CIMA with the desire to join business in growth phase, taking a position of responsibility where you will be exposed and accountable but also supported and developed.
