Senior Finance Analyst - Retail PLC - £60,000

Your new company
You will be working for a household name retail brand with operations all over the UK and across the world. The company is listed, but has a 'start-up' and 'buzzy' feel in their Central London head office where decisions can be made very quickly. There is a large finance team with various divisions, with this role sitting in the commercial finance team.
Your new role
You will report to the Head of Commercial Finance, who is a really impressive finance leader. This role is very commercially focused, with key responsibilities including:

• Business partnering with multiple senior stakeholders, adding commercial insight
• Building a financial model for staff costs which will be used for budgeting and forecasting
• Leading the budgeting and forecasting process and providing analysis
• Management of month-end and presenting to financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Continuous improvement of processes and controls

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a newly qualified or recently qualified accountant with strong commercial finance experience in industry, including budgeting, forecasting and analysis. You will have the gravitas to interact with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making. You will be an ambitious individual who is keen to progress within a well-known, listed business with a dynamic culture.
