Your new company
You will be working for an education organisation as a Finance Business Partner, with offices in central Birmingham. There is hybrid working available (2 -3 days from home).

Your new role
As a Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for leading the day to day budgeting and forecasting across the budget areas, completing the month and year end processes, external returns as well as management reporting. The role will also include developing reports for analysis and performance reporting using the organisation's financial system. This role will be working with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have experience of business partnering at Senior Manager / Director level. You will ideally be qualified, however the client will consider finalists.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £45000 - £53000, 43 days' holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), and an extremely generous pension scheme. This role offers flexible and hybrid working.
