Your new role
As a Part Qualified Assistant Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance department and contributing to the financial success of our organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assisting with financial planning and variance analysis.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of financial models.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse financial data.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Participating in cost analysis and cost-saving initiatives.
• Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assisting with ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as required.

What you\'ll need to succeed

• AAT Level 4 qualification or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
