Your new company
You will be joining a well established, listed Global group based close to Weybridge, Surrey in their key office.

Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Director you'll take charge of leading a high-performing team of 5 - looking after their training and development, driving performance and setting goals and objectives. You'll be in charge of leading the financial reporting for over 15 international regions, ensuring a high standard of technical financial reporting whilst being a support by business partnering to finance and operations teams. The business drives a mantra of continuous improvement, so you will play a big part in making the business better and fit for the future. Alongside your team, you'll be working with a strong peer group and experienced Director.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent), you should present strong experience of financial reporting within a multi-national environment. Alongside your technical accounting skills, you should be a strong team Leader/Manager and be confident in driving high performance. You should also be confident in partnering at all levels, challenging stakeholders to drive best practice.
