As an experienced Workday Project/Engagement manager in our team, you'll be:
  • Leading and managing our client facing Workday projects, taking full responsibility for on time high quality delivery of Discovery, Initial Deployments and Phase X Workday projects for our global clients
  • Soliciting and challenging client requirements with professional scepticism, presenting and facilitating workshops, analysing data, and configuring solutions in Workday
  • Working as a Senior Manager in our 500-strong Workforce Transformation team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution, and collaborating with your colleagues in the wider PwC network to identify and create solutions that bring value to our clients
  • Taking responsibility for development of more junior colleagues through career coaching and mentoring
  • Leading and inspiring others, keeping our team a fun place to work
  • Playing your part leading proposition and business development activities
  • Working at all levels within our clients' organisations from C-suite to the back office operations teams


You'll have:
  • Current Workday EM/PM Certification
  • Strong, relevant client facing Workday experience leading and managing multi-workstream Workday deployment projects for complex clients
  • Strong Workday knowledge in one of more of the following areas: Absence, Time Tracking, HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent,Recruitment
  • A clear understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing HR functions of today
  • Experience in leading HR Transformation and Technology enabled projects / workstreams
  • The ability to quickly build relationships, through communication and collaboration, with our clients and across our networked organisation, being able to gain immediate credibility and adapting your style to suit your audience
  • Strong digital and data analysis skills
  • The ability to listen to and critique requirements and provide imaginative solutions to challenges
  • Demonstrable record of managing people and teams, including client, onshore and offshore resources, and driving hybrid teams to deliver
  • A passion to invest in others, to help them develop in their careers as part of our team
  • A sense of pride in delivering high quality work as a trusted advisor to our clients
  • Encourage everyone to have a voice and invite opinion from all, including quieter members of the team.
  • Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
  • Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
  • Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required.
  • Contribute technical knowledge in area of specialism.
  • Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.
  • Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.
  • Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.
