**Position: Corporate Tax Manager**


**Role and Responsibilities:**
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a vital role in providing strategic tax guidance and solutions to our clients operating in the investment management sector. Your responsibilities will include:


1. Advising clients on tax planning strategies to optimize their corporate tax position while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
2. Conducting detailed tax analysis, identifying risks, and recommending appropriate mitigation measures.
3. Assisting clients in managing tax audits, inquiries, and investigations, acting as their primary point of contact with tax authorities.
4. Keeping abreast of changes in tax legislation and regulations affecting SMEs in the investment management sector, and providing timely updates to clients.
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor for their tax-related matters.
6. Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development.


**Qualifications and Skills:**
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:


1. Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A professional tax qualification (CTA/ATT) is preferred.
2. Proven experience (4+ years) as a corporate tax professional, preferably with a focus on SMEs in the investment management sector.
3. Solid knowledge of tax legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements specific to SMEs in the investment management sector.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax data and provide strategic recommendations.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client interaction and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
6. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in tax-related work.
7. Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
8. Proficiency in tax software and MS Office applications.
