Your new role

As a General Practice Accountant, you will be responsible for providing a range of accounting services to our clients, including accounts preparation, tax compliance, and general advisory support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing statutory accounts for a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assisting with tax compliance, including the preparation of VAT returns, corporation tax returns, and personal tax returns.
• Providing general advisory support to clients on accounting, tax, and business matters.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Keeping abreast of changes in accounting and tax regulations and applying them to client engagements.

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Professional qualification such as ACA or ACCA.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
