Interim Internal Auditor Public Sector-Remote

Your new company
A local government organisation based in the South offers remote working to an experienced local government auditor on an interim basis, initially for a 3-month period.


Your new role
You will perform a range of council audits according to your experience across both financial audits and operational audits. These may include, Housing Benefits, Treasury, Council Tax and a wide range of operational reviews. The role can be tailored, to an extent, according to your previous audit experience.


What you'll need to succeed
You should have a background in internal audit within local government in the UK, including some financially focussed audits and should be available to start at short notice.


What you'll get in return
Depending on location, this role can be fully remote or mostly remote working.
Day rate of £250-300 per day (neg)
