We are looking for experienced organisational design professionals and if you were to join the team, you would be working on engagements that focus on:
  • Applying our own (and your!) innovative approaches to facilitate clients through complex organisation design work - helping them to make the decisions that will set them up for future success.
  • Co-designing new organisational structures and operating models, combining human-centred design, data and strategic insights.
  • Providing perspectives to clients and colleagues on trends in organisation design and leading edge practices
  • Partnering with our sector and functional specialists to help clients identify performance, productivity or cost saving opportunities that will enhance their organisation
  • Implementing new organisational designs including planning, people transition, resourcing and change management requirements.


As a Senior Manager in the practice, specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Oversee and lead the delivery of multiple large scale programmes, helping to put in place innovative solutions to solve client problems
  • Play a key role in helping the business grow through leading OD and workforce transformation business development activities such as identifying opportunities with new or existing clients and leading proposal and bid teams
  • Develop and manage a wide internal PwC network, and foster long term client relationships built on trust
  • Take a leading role in developing the practice through developing OD propositions, identifying new tools and technology and contributing to thought leadership
  • Develop, coach and upskill more junior members of the team, both through leading teams to deliver client work, as well as through more informal mentoring relationships


Preferred skills and experience:
  • Extensive experience working on large scale organisational design from design to delivery ideally in a consulting organisation or in an internal consultant role.
  • Experience in working on enterprise wide or multi-functional organisational design projects with different operating models including the use of shared services or outsourcing.
  • Experience of managing multiple programmes across geographies with differing needs and stakeholders
  • Significant experience in a leadership role and the ability to lead, motivate and manage diverse teams to deliver high quality results
  • Experience in leading and managing bids and proposals including scoping work, fees and margins
  • Deep understanding of, and experience in, managing the financial elements of client engagements such as profitability
  • Strong analytical skills and use of technologies to undertake workforce analysis using tools such as Orgvue, PowerBI or Tableau
  • Exceptional communications skills and the ability to tell powerful and compelling stories
  • Growth mindset and commitment to learning and development
  • Ability to innovate, think outside the box and reimagine how we deliver value to our clients
