Property Analyst (Real Estate)

Your new company
A very well respected, private property company based in Central London, the company have a large portfolio of mainly commercial assets, but also have a small residential portfolio. The company are looking to really develop strategic operations over the next year.
Your new role
Joining a highly commercial team, reporting to the Head of FP&A, the role will be driving portfolio analytics, partnering with the commercial asset team, attending Fund meetings.
Duties include:

• Portfolio performance reporting
• Lender reporting and underwriting
• Business partnering with operations
• KPI analysis including development and implementation of processes

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a commercial professional, ideally with experience of property or at least an asset focused business model. Ideally you will have a highly analytical profile.
