Financial Controller (Construction)

A well-known infrastructure group, developing a portfolio of assets is looking for a Financial Controller with Project finance experience to take ownership of a £2.4bn long term development


Your new role
Reporting to the CFO this role is hugely varied role and the perfect role for a qualified professional with Construction or infrastructure experience looking to operate as a Financial Controller.


Duties:

• Full Financial ownership for operations and business
• Quarterly regulated reporting
• Management of outsourced accounting, VAT, Tax and compliance function
• Business planning and budgeting including specific focus on cost control
• Contributing to the development of investment strategies
• Building and managing team

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant from either a practice or industry background capable of owning a reporting process but also adding significant commercial and strategic value when it comes to budgeting and cost analysis. They are regulated to understanding of working in a similar environment would be beneficial.
