Your new company
A successful division who form part of a larger group wish to appoint a commercially minded accountant into their local finance function within their FP&A team which continues to go from strength to strength. With a track record of developing their people from within, this role would suit a recently qualified accountant (or soon to qualify).
Your new role
You will assist in the production of the monthly performance reports whilst diving into the data to provide further insights which support your internal customers. You will support in budgeting and forecasting activities whilst working within an environment of continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will provide guidance and mentorship to the more junior team members within the finance team as they continue with their professional studies. Furthermore, you will have the chance to work on a range of projects in a fluid and evolving finance function where there is scope to progress beyond your role on merit.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ambitious recently accountant (or soon to qualify) who would thrive within a fast-paced hierarchical environment where there is scope to progress. If you have worked within a division of a larger group and bring exposure to budgeting and forecasting then these attributes will be deemed in a positive light.
