Your new company
Your new company are one of the fastest growing legal firms in the UK. After seeing their turnover triple in recent years they're looking to recruit an experienced transactional manager to lead the team of legal cashiers.
Your new role
In your new role at Transactional Manager you will lead a team of 7 Legal Cashiers. You will be coordinating their daily workloads and making sure they have the support they need to meet specific targets. You will identify and mitigate potential financial risks and issues, reporting these to the relevant colleagues. You will build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners. You will lead and mentor your team, encouraging and supporting their personal development.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience leading a large transactional team. You'll be experienced in dealing with a large number of transactions. You will have excellent Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) Strong communication skills, able to translate often complex and intricate information to colleagues from non-finance backgrounds. You will have a keen eye for process improvement and be passionate about driving efficiencies across the finance team.
