Your new company
A £7m wholly owned subsidiary of a multinational manufacturing giant are looking to recruit a stand-alone Financial Controller for their R&D Division.
Your new role
Reporting to an off-site FD, you will have full responsibility for reporting on the income and expenditure of this key subsidiary, along with managing the finances of key projects.
- Income & Expenditure
- Management Account production
- Budgetary control of projects and the organisation as a whole
- Forecasting
- Cost accounting for each of the projects
- Cash flow forecasting
- Preparation of Board reports
- Year-end financial statements
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant who has ideally worked in a stand-alone role before and where necessary you will be prepared to "roll your sleeves up" and ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to. Knowledge of R&D accounting would be beneficial but not essential.
What you'll get in return
