Your new company
I am working with an exclusive, luxury foods wholesale business in London who are hiring a Financial Controller. This is an exciting opportunity to join this SME business which is part of a larger group with a strong track record of staff tenure and work-life balance.
Your new role
This role reports into the group finance team but with a strong dotted line to the MD with a broad and varied remit including:

  • Budgeting, Forecasting and strategic planning
  • Business partnering with the sales and front office teams
  • Supporting commercial decisions with insight and analysis
  • Supporting pricing discussions.
  • Management and financial reporting
  • Maintain a strong financial controls environment including audit management.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with a strong background in financial controls and reporting. You will need good analysis and business partnering skills with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders. Previous experience within FMCG, Retail/Wholesale or related sectors would be beneficial.
