About Enterprises and Enterprise Business Applications
The Enterprises business unit will be leading the drive for growth and innovation across Risk, and enabling areas identified from within our business to have the space and breadth to rapidly scale. The purpose of our new BU is to incubate and scale some of our propositions and services to accelerate and supercharge their growth, as well as providing us with a place to develop some of our new solutions for the future.
We are currently made up of 3 key areas, PwC Sustainability, Enterprises Business Applications and Marketing & Media.
Our Enterprises Business Applications (EBA) is a rapidly growing team offering a range of high value services for organisations going through business and technology change. The team specialises in helping mid-sized, UK based organisations navigate complex and challenging Transformation programmes that are principally based on Microsoft Technology solutions. Our Microsoft team excels in de-risking these complex programmes and helping our clients to achieve their desired programme outcomes.

The Role
As a Business Change Manager, you will work with clients and partners to ensure tech enabled transformation programmes are delivered successfully. This will involve:
- Designing and implementing the change management and communication approaches for complex transformation programmes.
- Delivering key business change artefacts, including change impact assessments, communications, training, and stakeholder mapping.
- Determining and articulating how the implementation will affect teams, e.g. process changes and digital upskilling.
- Identifying stakeholder groups and tailoring engagement activities to their needs.
- Managing relationships with key business stakeholders.
- Managing the business change and training teams across engagements.
- Leading change analysts to deliver change deliverables.
- Highlighting business readiness issues, e.g. resourcing, priority conflicts, busy periods.
- Working closely with the client's communication lead to develop and align the programme communications approach.
- Driving and measuring benefits to support programme benefits realisation initiatives.
Person specification
- Strong experience in designing business change strategy in the context digital transformation programmes
- Proven record in successful execution of business change, training and communications.
- Experience of stakeholder management, with the ability to collate and present key messages to all levels of the organisation
- Experience in managing team members and taking responsibility for key deliverables
- Ability to work in a logical and structured way in response to ambiguity.
- Ability to develop creative and engaging materials that bring business change messages to life.
- Experience of delivering business change supported by Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions would be advantageous.
