Tax remains high on the agenda for our Privately Owned Business clients with ongoing geo-political change and significant tax, regulatory and accounting reforms impacting all sectors. To help our clients navigate the existing complexities and future uncertainties, we are recruiting to develop the team and our capabilities to respond to the market.
About the role
- We have a newly created Tax Compliance Senior role due to the success of the Privately Owned Business team Alongside the Senior team you will prepare and review tax computations, from the start of the compliance process to final delivery and billing. Researching (and maintain up to date knowledge of) legislation and business tax matters, including providing technical analysis on the tax treatment on items within tax computations and the impact new legislation may have on clients. Working with more junior members of the team to delegate efficiently, review work and have the ability to encourage and foster development of the more junior members of the team.
What are we looking for?
- Holds relevant professional qualification such as ACA or CTA (or equivalent). Experience of corporate tax compliance services. Demonstrates technical tax knowledge and experience. Broad experience of managing the financials on clients and adjusting the approach to compliance work depending on the budget.
