Regional FP&A Analyst

Your new company
An established organisation based in Basingstoke with a multi-site model seek a talented and commercially minded FP&A Analyst to work across a portfolio of locations providing financial advice and guidance which drives insightful decisions.


Your new role
You will provide timely, accurate and transparent financial analysis of monthly performance at site and regional level, providing commentary and recommendations which aids decision-making based on the data available to you. Furthermore, you will attend monthly meetings with key stakeholders to talk through the financial results, provide a suite of reports on aspects such as revenue movements and lead budgeting and forecasting activities for your portfolio. You will work on a range of continuous improvement projects in order to improve the efficiency of the finance function.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (or equivalent) with strong analytical skills and an obvious business partnering style which would lend itself well with non-finance stakeholders. You will have ideally worked within larger company environments partnering with stakeholders across a matrix environment.
