Your new role
As Head of Accounting and Controlling you will take the lead, supervising a small team in accounts production and looking for opportunities to improve processes and controls. With a demonstrable track record in technical excellence you may well have trained in the profession and are now looking for the next step in your career with a large scale employer with ample development opportunities. You will be a qualified accountant, with a good track record operating with large and complex organisations and the ability to work in a hands-on manner to deliver to deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
Your approach will be engaging and inclusive, and your technical accounting skills and knowledge will allow you to ensure accuracy and clarity in reporting requirements to senior stakeholders. With a passion for working collaboratively and empowering your team to engage and deliver within a wide context and multi faceted environment. You will ideally have experience in consolidation of accounts, and may previously have come from a group accounting function.
