Commercial Finance Manager

Your new company
An established and prestigious brand with reach across the UK and International markets seek to appoint a commercially minded accountant in a fast-paced role. They seek to invest in the development of their new recruit and feel the role would suit a candidate seeking their first move out of practice or an individual seeking to build on their commercial experience within industry.
Your new role
You will act as a business partner to the sales, marketing and commercial teams providing insights and financial advice which maximises the opportunities for revenue growth. You will review KPI performance within the monthly planning cycle and dive into the data in order to explain any variances so that action can be taken by your stakeholder group. You will lead budgeting and forecasting activities whilst partnering with the business to support any ad-hoc requests which improves the performance of the commercial agility of the organisation. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment of continuous improvement in order to further develop the financial models / reports to enhance the information delivered to the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with excellent communication skills which would set you up well for a role as a business partner. You will have qualified in a leading chartered environment or seek to progress your experience having trained within industry (ideally having worked in a division of a larger group). You will demonstrate an excellent work ethic and value the opportunity to be able to work within a high performance culture.
