Your new role

You will manage a broad portfolio, managing a client portfolio, comprising a wide range of business sectors, as an Accounts / Tax and General Business Services Manager in the firm\'s Bristol offices. This will be done with a focus on accounts/tax and overall service supply for a wide range of clients. You\'ll manage and oversee the delivery of accounting, taxes, and other services, as well as providing business advice, while also managing employees, workload, and budgets, and collaborating with partners on a variety of advisory project work. In addition, you will be responsible for developing the team, working as a major support to the directors, cultivating client relationships, and looking to expand and improve the firm\'s customer base and department. The position offers a genuine chance to advance and develop a career path within a highly successful, growing, and recognised chartered accounting firm.

What you\'ll need to succeed

You will be ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent, with experience in accounts/tax and general accountancy practice service delivery to a wide range of sole trade, partnership, and limited company clients, gained in an accountancy practice firm setting. You will have progressed to Managerial levels and be seeking to advance your career as this firm\'s Accounts / Tax and General Business Services Manager, within a firm and role that offers a genuine clear advancement and development path.

What you\'ll get in return

Circa £55,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable with benefits.
