Audit Manager

Hays are pleased to be partnering with a forward-thinking and award-winning accountancy practice based in Cheltenham, looking to recruit an Audit manager, due to recent expansion.

In your new role you will join the team of accountants in an audit manager position. You will manage a team of qualified, and part qualified auditors, being responsible for overseeing complex corporate audits from start to finish. You will manage the client portfolio and lead from the front, being the first point of contact for clients. You will also report directly into and work closely with senior managers and directors.

To succeed in this role you will need to be a qualified accountant ACA/ACCA, and ideally be 2-3 years post qualification. You will need previous audit practice experience and be confident in managing a client portfolio, maintaining current clients and winning new business.
