Your new company
I am working with a fast growing, innovative insurance business looking to hire an FP&A Manager to join the business due to growth and expansion. This is a commercially focused role, with a broad remit, in a company offering lots of opportunity for progression and development.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of FP&A, this is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

  • Leading on the board and exco reporting.
  • Month end FP&A deliverables
  • KPI reporting and analysis
  • Leading on annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts.
  • Producing investment models and business cases for new investment areas.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need a to be a qualified accountant with proven FP&A experience within the insurance sector. You will need strong excel and good knowledge of modelling and data analysis with proven business partnering capabilities.
