Your new company
I am currently working with a leading specialty insurer who have a proven track record of delivering strong financial results and supporting the career development of their staff. This is a newly created role as part of the FP&A function and offers the chance to work closely with the Head of FP&A in a visible role across the business.
Your new role
This is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:
- Providing accurate Reinsurance numbers in the financials
- Support on any financial reporting matters related to reinsurance.
- Business partner with multiple teams regarding the reinsurance data.
- Analysis and commentary on reinsurance matters.
- KPI reporting and development
- Change and transformation related projects
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with strong insurance/reinsurance accounting experience. You will good experience in analysis and KPI management with strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities. You will need strong excel and good data management.
