Your new company
Your new company are a globally recognised retailer with a real passion for their people. A leading global retailer with a with a true global presence, operating in over 25 countries. Due to a number of recent acquisitions across Europe they're now needing to strengthen their finance function with a Commercial Finance Manager.
Your new role
In your role as Commercial Finance Manager you'll business partner with multiple senior stakeholders in order to maximise performance by giving details and accurate guidance and recommendations. You'll work closely with the accounts team to understand the businesses monthly performance and identify areas of opportunities to improve performance and maximise profit margins. You will manage a small team and hold regular meeting and create robust action plans.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this highly progressive role and company you will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified and have experience working within large complex organisation. You'll be a passionate ambitious individual that can influence others. Previous experience operating within a commercial role is essential. You'll be able to demonstrate clear examples where you'll improved processes, maximised margins, identified trends all to improve not only the finance function but overall business performance.
